How is your mind? Is your mind full? Our heads can be so busy, filled with what we need to do, or repeating a conversation we've had with another person, or it might start to wander and imagine over and over situations that you have been involved in. Perhaps it might be thinking of the past, worrying over the future, ruminating over and over... If it is constantly busy, then the practice of mindfulness may be of help.

Mindfulness Training:

At Frangipani House we offer 6 week long courses as well as individual sessions.

  • Mindfulness level one course: Mindful living - 6 weeks
  • Mindfulness level two course: Heartful living - 6 weeks
  • Individual sessions on mindfulness and mindfulness meditation.
  • Mindfulness based counselling sessons
  • Mindfulness Art Journaling

    If you find it difficult to attend a session or would like to work with me, but live interestate or overseas, I also offer online sessions. These sessions are carried out via Skype.
