How is your mind? Is your mind full? Our heads can be so busy, filled with what we need to do, or repeating a conversation we've had with another person,
or it might start to wander and imagine over and over situations that you have been involved in.
Perhaps it might be thinking of the past, worrying over the future, ruminating over and over...
If it is constantly busy, then the practice of mindfulness may be of help.

Mindfulness level one course: Mindful living - 6 weeks
